All subscription payments for Ask-Q are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Refund requests are subject to the policies of these platforms.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until the next billing date.

• iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Ask-Q → Cancel
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Ask-Q → Cancel
